Natural light is much more complicated than you think. The light that flows from the sun appears white or yellow perhaps, but it is actually the most important color that exists, exists. All these colors are present simultaneously, and their combination leads to the familiar “white light” that we refer to as a rule only to the light. Guess what though? They do not produce the full spectrum of colors – they produce a limited number of them, and what you end up with the interior is not like any full-spectrum light. This is not a problem as you might think, because a sufficient amount of daily full-spectrum lighting is really an important public health consideration.
